10 Mouth-Watering Indian Curries

Among the wide range of delectable Indian curries, it is very difficult to choose only a few. However, we have tried our best and bring to you the below ten dishes which one should absolutely try.

Kanchkolar Kofta Curry - Bengali dish of raw banana mash ball fritter curry which even a hardcore non vegetarian can enjoy.

Kashmiri Dum Aloo - As the name suggests, this popular Kashmiri dish is made using baby potatoes and has a creamy tomato-onion based gravy. 

Avial - Avial is a mixed vegetable dish from Kerala which has a coconut-based gravy and is a must eat recipe during Onam. 

Butter Chicken - Chicken chunks swimming in the pool of creamy and buttery gravy, this popular aromatic dish has got international recognition.

Ilish Bhapa - This signature dish of Bengal is cooked where the hilsa fish is steamed along with mustard, coconut and poppy paste. 

Laal Maans - This red-hot spicy mutton curry of Rajasthan was widely popular among the Rajput Kings and can be eaten with chapati/rice. 

Dhansak - This Parsi dish has elements of Persian and Gujarati cuisine. It is cooked with any meat with a mix of lentils. 

Kumura di Hanhor Mangxo - This Assamese delicacy cooked on special occasions is made with duck meat mixed with ash gourd.
